How long does it take to get my order?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days (Monday – Friday) after payment is settled.  Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.   Every effort is made to complete orders and ship them as soon as possible.  Currently Moonlight Threads ships products only to destinations in the continental United States.

How will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.

What if I need my order sooner?

If you are in a rush, we also offer Next Day Service, 2nd Day Delivery, and 3rd Day Delivery.  Please be aware that the delivery times DO NOT include order processing time.  If you need an order in a rush, please feel free to contact us to see if we are able to expedite the order for you and to provide you with exact costs for Rush Shipping.

Am I guaranteed to receive my order by the time I need it?

Although we will make every effort to get you your order as quickly as possible, we do not guarantee shipping times once the order leaves our office.

What if I give you incorrect address information?

Please make sure your address information is accurate and complete.  If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, you will be charged an additional $15 to re-ship the item plus the cost of the shipping (even if only the apartment or suite number is missing).  We can’t be responsible for items lost in the mail because of an incorrect address.  Refused or undeliverable shipments will be charged the full shipping fee plus a 10% handling fee.
