Moonlight Threads' regular business hours are Monday ~ Friday, 8:00 am ~ 8:00 pm Central Time. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.



OUT OF STOCK/BACKORDERED ITEMS

Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items before we can update our website. If we do not have an item that you've ordered in stock, we contact you to give you an estimated delivery date and discuss alternative choices. We first try to contact you by phone, and if we cannot reach you, we send an e-mail.



ORDERING INFORMATION

Currently, Moonlight Threads.com does not have a shopping cart feature for processing online orders. When you've found the product(s) you want to purchase, please include the following information in an e-mail to us:

Item Information

  • Item to be purchased (bib, burp cloth, towel, etc.)
  • Color of the item (if appropriate)
  • Size of the item (if appropriate)
  • Design choice to be stitched on the item (if appropriate)
  • Personalization of the item (if appropriate)

    Shipping Information

  • Name of purchaser
  • Shipping Address Line 1
  • Shipping Address Line 2
  • City, State & Zip Code
  • Daytime phone number (in case we have questions)

    Payment Information

  • Method of payment
  • E-mail address (required for credit card purchases)

    Once we receive your order, we will contact you to clarify any questions and provide an estimated timeframe for shipping.

    If you elect to pay by credit card, we will send a "Request for Payment" notification through PayPal. Once your payment has been received, we will be processing your order.

    If you elect to pay via certified money order or personal check, please mail the check to the following address. Please note that processing of your order will not begin until your check has been approved by our bank.

    PAYMENT METHODS

    Moonlight Threads accepts payments via credit card, certified money orders, or personal checks. Our online credit card processor, PayPal®, uses state-of-the-art technology to protect your data when you make a purchase on our website. PayPal is fast and trusted, and it is used by over 12 million people in 37 countries. If you are using Paypal for the first time for this purchase, you are prompted to register with Paypal upon checkout. Registering once enables you to quickly process payments with Moonlight Threads and millions of other online merchants in the future.

    If you choose to pay by personal check or money order, please note that we wait for your check to be approved by our bank before processing your order or creating any custom items to ship. If your check is returned for insufficient funds, an additional $30 service charge will be assessed and required in full before processing begins.



    PRIVACY POLICY

    Moonlight Threads DOES NOT sell, exchange, or share any of your personal information with anyone. The personal information we collect is necessary to respond to your requests for our customized products and services. Personal information includes, but is not limited to, name, physical address, e-mail address, and telephone number. We also keep your e-mail address and contact info so that we may send you promotions that you could benefit from.



    PRODUCTION TIME & RUSH ORDERS

    Current production time for all Moonlight Threads custom, personalized products is 5-7 business days. If you would like to rush the production of your order, please call us at 214.668.3032 during normal business hours (8:00 am ~ 8:00 pm Central Time). We do whatever we can to accommodate your needs.

    Please be aware that, from Halloween through Christmas, production times increase because of higher order volume. Please consider this when placing holiday orders. Rush orders may not be possible during this high-volume time of the year.

    The following Production Time Rush Charges are applied IN ADDITION TO the cost of the item and the cost of rush shipping.

    RETURNS & REFUNDS

    We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. The following are our policies on returns and refunds. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we make every reasonable effort to please you.

    We personally customize and inspect each article we sell, and we guarantee each to be free of defect in material and workmanship. If, however, you find your item to be defective, we are happy to exchange it, subject to the following conditions:

    Do not return items without receiving written authorization in advance from Moonlight Threads. All unauthorized returned items will be sent back. All applicable return requests must be made within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.

    Personalized items and special orders are non-refundable unless they are defective, or we made an error in spelling. These items will be fixed or replaced promptly. Please be sure of spelling before you submit your order as items that have errors because of a mistake in ordering will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.

    Return items must be in the condition in which they were received with the original packaging and any tags. Any worn or washed items cannot be returned.

    Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all freight and handling costs.

    Any or all costs incurred by Moonlight Threads to process claims outside of these terms and conditions are deducted from any issued credit.



    SALES TAX

    Sales tax is assessed only for orders that are shipped within the state of Texas (8.25%) because our headquarters are located in this great state!



    SHIPPING POLICY

    Most orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days (Monday ñ Friday) after payment is settled. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Every effort is made to complete orders and ship them as soon as possible.

    Currently Moonlight Threads ships products only to destinations in the continental United States.

    If you are in a rush, we also offer Next Day Service, 2nd Day Delivery, and 3rd Day Delivery. Please be aware that the delivery time DOES NOT include order processing time. If you need an order in a rush, please feel free to contact us to see if we are able to expedite the order for you and to provide you with exact costs for Rush Shipping.

    Shipping Address
    Please make sure your address information is accurate and complete. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, you will be charged an additional $15 to re-ship the item (even if only the apartment or suite number is missing). We can't be responsible for items lost in the mail because of an incorrect address. Refused or undeliverable shipments will be charged the full shipping fee plus a 10% handling fee.
