Moonlight Threads generally processes orders within 3-5 business days, depending on our current production volume. We always give you a time estimate when we receive your order. Credit card orders usually ship within 2-3 business days after production. Orders paid by personal check do not begin production until your check is approved by our bank, which is generally 5-7 business days.
Moonlight Threads firmly believes in providing products that are practical and functional, not just beautiful. All wearable items come with specific instructions for laundering. Home Decor items have instructions for spot cleaning included.
Well....yes and no. What you see on our website are the products that we regularly produce. However, with thousands of designs available, there is not way we can possibly show all the design choices. AND, if you have an idea for something that is not currently shown, contact us and we'll work with you to produce what you want!

Moonlight Threads has access to thousands of designs -- there's no way we can show them all on our website. Just describe what you're looking for, and we will find (or create) the design for you. Make sure you include your phone number in case we have questions. We will gladly send you a "proof" for you to approve before we begin production.
Orders are shipped within the US using United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. If you're in a rush, you can choose 2nd Day Delivery or Overnight Mail for an additional fee. See our Shipping Policy for more details.

The colors as they are represented on the website have been scanned into our computer and then published onto the website. Scanners and computers may not 'see' colors exactly the same so some variation is expected.
This 'problem' is a function of the way we display our designs as 'thumbnail' pictures. The designs are scanned and saved, and the computer squeezes them to fit. Clicking the picture enlarges it to its proper shape.
We are required to charge 8.25% sales tax on any ordered shipped to a Texas address, as our headquarters are located in the great state of Texas!
